The BLACK DOG BISTRO is a single unit enterprise operated by Black Dog Clarkesville, LLC. There is a black dog, he’s an 8 year old, 110 pound Labrador Retriever named Willy. He’s a happy comforting friend and that is just the mood we want to set here at the BLACK DOG BISTRO. Owner of the BLACK DOG BISTRO, Steve Guthrie, is a native of Clarkesville. Married with 3 children still in school the family resides in Cumming, Ga. Steve has a wealth of experience gathered over the last 30 plus years as owner, operator, or both of many restaurants and night clubs in and around the Atlanta area. Steve is very excited to be back in his home town and looks forward to making an impact on the local community.
